We kindly inform you have the right to request from PANSA an access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data and restriction of processing, the right to lodge an objection to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection.

We also inform that the archiving of documents, including those with personal data, is in accordance with the relevant external and internal provisions, inter alia, the Law on the national archival resources and archives of 14 July 1983 (Journal o Laws 1983 No. 38, position 173 with later amendments) and the Order No. 11 of the President of PANSA of 30 April 2007 (with later amendments). Provisions in that regard specify, interalia, the handling of documents, their classification and archiving period.
